How to Join

1. Apply online. Submit a quick application with a $75 nonrefundable deposit, which goes toward your registration cost.

2. Interview with us. Join a video call with the DRHC Board to get to know us and make sure that we are a perfect fit for your family.

3. Background check and review. We complete background checks for all participating parents and review applications as a team.

4. Pay registration. Total registration is $300 per family. Your $75 deposit applies, leaving a $225 balance.

5. Get oriented. We'll connect you with everything you need to know before your first co-op day, including class registration and the semester calendar.

6. Show up. Welcome to Deep Roots.

Cost

New members can apply now with a nonrefundable deposit of $75, which goes toward the total family registration cost of $300. This covers application, background checks, location, supply fees, and classes for the whole family for the semester.

High School (Drop-Off ONLY!): The standard $300 family registration cost applies, as well as an additional $200 fee for any high school (9th-10th grade) student that will be dropped off for the day. This fee covers drop-off liability and the exemption of parent duties for the semester. This drop off fee will be due at the time of your final registration. **This fee does NOT apply to high school students who attend with their family. It only applies if the student will be on campus without a parent present.

We work hard to keep costs accessible. If finances are a barrier for your family, please reach out. We never want money to be the reason a family can't join us.
